Hi, I’m Alex, a Data Analyst passionate about transforming complex data into clear insights that drive meaningful decisions. Currently, I work with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, helping Career and Technical Education schools across the state make the most of their data. I spend my days digging into enrollment figures, test scores, and demographics to ensure everything is accurate and actionable. I also help allocate over $30 million in federal funding, ensuring it’s distributed fairly based on the data.
Before this, I worked as a Data Analytics Consultant at Three Cedars, where I analyzed data across 8 states to pinpoint the best locations for buying a dental office. I created dashboards, developed custom metrics, and used tools like Excel and Tableau to bring data to life in ways that made decision-making easier for the stakeholders.
I’ve also worked in quality assurance at Tesla, where I led error detection and testing while mentoring my team to boost performance. I was involved in cross-functional projects, helping to create training materials and reports that improved how things ran on the ground.
